Abstract:

The article shows the importance of the Federation Council as an institution, which determines the direction of development of the political process and forms the actual features of the formation of a coherent political system of the Russian Federation. Spend a political analysis on the application of good practice and analog loans in the structure of parliamentary politics. Identified the key benefits of the existence of the Federation Council and its possible reform.
