Problems and Principles of the Spanish System of Justice
( Pp. 33-36)

The present article analyses the problem of mechanism of justice in Spain. The author reviews the principle of separation of powers while formation of courts in Spain and passing judgment. The article rises a problem of the organization and functioning of different types of courts in Spain: the justice of the piece, the courts of the first instance, the provincial courts, the high courts of justice, the national courts, the Supreme court. The core part of the research is dedicated to the analysis of the system of courts of the first instance the variety of which is very representative: commercial courts, courts considering women rights’ violations, administrative suits, suits on social issues, suits concerning minors, suits concerning execution of punishment. The author comes to the conclusion on necessity of creation of new working places for judges in the most occupied regions.
