Abstract:
In his article «Lawful and Functional Distribution of the United Government» the author on the various historical and actual examples shows how constitutionally and practically shall the unified State power be distributed among legislative, executive and judicial bodies. The author assumes that at diligent joint activity of legal scholars, legislators, law-appliers and judges may create good quartet or jazz orchestra, members of which at the maximum autonomy could play harmoniously a uniform melody of an appropriate state-legal management of a society
