Abstract:
In the article the analysis of the resolution of Plenum of the Supreme Court of 24.11.2015, No. 52 in the part concerning the procedure and specifics of consideration of disputes on wages and screening contracts with athletes. On the basis of the practical examples identified certain gaps and conflicts in the regulation of these categories of sport disputes and the ways of their resolution.
