Abstract:
The paper analyzes the contradictions in the legal positions of acts of constitutional justice that level the properties of the certainty of regulatory regulation and the validity of the public claims of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to the imperative force of the acts it has drawn up for the Russian legislature and courts of general jurisdiction.
