Abstract:
The article is devoted to the definition of the main problems during the period of armed conflict not of an international character. On the need to establish a special legal regime, different in its characteristics from the state of emergency. In these circumstances, the state also can not do without the involvement of the Armed Forces. Therefore, noting the fact of legal flaws questions, the use of the Russian Armed Forces in internal conflicts and the existence of a threat of internal armed conflicts in the territory of our state, come to grips with the creation of a well-thought-out legal framework for the use of the armed forces in internal conflicts or in the case of a threat of their occurrence.
