Abstract:

This article discusses wrongful acts in the sphere of innovative technologies, which are detrimental to the interests of the Russian Federation, organizations and citizens. One of the main issues with cybercrime is that in our country are poorly developed legislation in the field of computer crimes, as well as modern information technology.
