Abstract:
Article is devoted to consideration of questions of the organization of education of children with limited opportunities of health and the children having disability. In article the author analyzes conditions of the organization of educational process for the considered category of children in Russia, gives statistical materials of Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation, excerpt from standard and legal acts of Russia and also relies on results of sociological researches. Conducting a research, the author focuses attention to need of creation of interest of society in processes of education and improvement of quality of rendering educational services for the considered category of children, including due to inclusive education in the remote way. Importance of availability of education to all citizens of Russia, in respect of his adaptation to various needs is emphasized that it will provide access for children with special needs. In article the role of the state and the relation of society to this problem are characterized. By results of the analysis the author comes to a conclusion that at the present stage of development of an education system distance learning, on condition of his effective realization, is the most perspective direction which children with limited opportunities of health and the children having disability need. The author has offered a number of measures for improvement of the situation in the company of children with limited opportunities of health and the children having disability. The relevance and expediency of the proposed measures in the field of education of children with limited opportunities of health and the children having disability is emphasized with an objective conclusion of the author that each child from the considered category will be able to undergo high-quality socialization that will also promote achievement of an ultimate goal of his training - to intensify development in overcoming certain difficulties, having exerted positive impact on formation of ability to live in society.
