Abstract:
The article considers the problems of state-civil political identity, reveals its concept and content. The argument in favor of the use of the term «public-civic» identity. The»public-civic» identity is derivative nature of political identity. The authors also believe that in the modern political science political identity is a discursive concept, and the matrix of political identity varied, however, among all types of identities are expressed predominantly state-civil. Analyzing the processes of formation of public-civil identity, the authors point out the need for state construction of a political nation. Among the conditions of formation of the political nation and state-civil identity marked by Patriotic education, first and foremost, young people. Based on the analysis of sociological research the paper provides a brief analysis of the results of Patriotic education in recent years in Russia. The authors also emphasize the need to prevent the possible processes of formation of negative «quasi civil» types of identities. Purpose: to determine ways and means of formation of state-civil identity political identity, to justify the importance of Patriotic education in these processes, to illustrate the impact of corruption on state-civil political identity The study was conducted using the following methods: analysis and generalization of available on the problem of theoretical sources, while widely used comparative method. In addition, for the characteristics of the concept of «political nation» was used sociological, historical and logical methods. Basis of research is the interdisciplinary approach, allowing to allocate in a relatively independent kind of public political identity. The scope of the results. The results can be used in activities of state and non-state political institutions related to the implementation of identity politics with the aim of integrating communities, private groups, and the formation of a «political nation». The results of this study may be of interest for teachers in higher professional educational institutions for lectures and seminars.
