Abstract:
The education of citizens, the protection of their rights and legitimate interests are an important task and an integral duty of society. Of particular importance for the Russian Federation is control over the younger generation. This is because the preventive activities of law enforcement and other agencies, parents or their representatives can prevent juvenile crimes in the early stages. Criminal liability of minors requires a special approach and consideration because of the age and psychological characteristics of juvenile delinquents. The analysis and comparison of all the circumstances of a crime committed by a juvenile contributes to the possibility of applying to him those measures that can have the most beneficial effect on re-education and correction.
