Abstract:
The article analyzes the changes in criminal legislation aimed at combating terrorist crimes. The author raises the problem of differentiation of crimes of this category, points to certain gaps and conflicts, including those that appeared after the innovations, gives scientifically grounded recommendations for further improvement of criminal legislation.
