Abstract:
Extremism, being a destructive phenomenon of modern reality, is a threat to state and public security. In the modern world, the source of this kind of information is often the publicly accessible and uncontrolled media. In recent years, there has been an increase in the propaganda of extremism through the Internet, as well as using other information and telecommunication networks. The development of information and communication technologies has led to numerous manifestations of information extremism, in connection with which the author concludes that it is necessary to develop an effective mechanism to counter this phenomenon.
