Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on issues of non-observance of the principle of unity of the system of state bodies. Methods: when writing the article, methods of analysis, deduction, as well as formal legal, system-structural methods of scientific knowledge were used. Results: the analysis of the practice of the constitutional principle of unity of the system of state authorities by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation has been carried out, problems associated with the organization and activities of state bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have been identified, theoretical, scientific and practical provisions have been formulated that reveal the legal nature and specificity of the principle under consideration. Scientific novelty: the author analyzes the problems of applying and interpreting the principle of unity of the system of state bodies by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, identifies features of legal positions regarding their use in justifying judicial decisions. The article is intended for persons engaged in research of the institute of organization and activities of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and may also be of interest to legal scholars, judges and other practicing lawyers, teachers and law students. Practical significance: the results obtained can be used in law-making and law-enforcement activities of the courts of the Russian Federation, as well as in the educational process in teaching the discipline «Constitutional law» and others.
