Abstract:
The article deals with some aspects of the process of professional training of employees of the internal Affairs bodies. It is noted that, acquisition of a number of necessary knowledge, abilities and skills which they have to possess, their maintenance at the corresponding level and undertaking all necessary efforts to the maximum increase of level of professional skill for employees of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation is an official duty. The solution of problems of staffing is achieved by selecting different types and certain forms of the process of vocational training the most appropriate in this period and subject to certain circumstances. The author notes that professional training of employees of the internal Affairs bodies is an integral part of a single multi-level personnel system of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
