Abstract:
This article is devoted to the study of contemporary problems in the field of legal regulation of the process of addressing illegal business activities in the Russian Federation arising in connection with recently enacted changes in the civil law, which gave rise to a number of significant changes in taxation, and especially administrative and criminal law. Affected problems don't cease to be relevant, since effective legal regulation of the process of addressing the above-mentioned offences, and its effective use helps to curb the upsurge of illegal business activities at an early stage and leads to a higher degree of preventive effect in the prevention of this type of offences. The special attention in article is paid to the problems of criminal and administrative liability for illegal entrepreneurship, and the distinction of related offences and offences respectively.
