TO THE QUESTION OF ARBITRATION OF SPORTS DISPUTES

The article analyzes the enacted changes in the Federal law «On physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation» in the part relating to the new adjudication of sports disputes. Attention is drawn to the legality of forcing the athlete to the conclusion of an agreement on compulsory arbitration. The authors point to the inconsistency of the act with the current legislation and suggest ways of solving them.
