Abstract:
The article raises and discusses problems of economic security of the enterprise associated with the internal and external factors and potential risks. The authors point to the threats that can negatively affect the economic security of the enterprise, its organizational and economic activities and normal functioning. In the article, the economic security of the enterprise is analyzed through the prism of a permanent system of measures to ensure the stability of its organizational structures, financial stability of the enterprise, the application of advanced scientific and technical achievements and social development regardless of stability or uncertainty of the external environment, as well as from problems in the internal environment of the enterprise. The focus of the author's attention to the fore such external threats such as commercial espionage and illegal takeovers of enterprises, analyzes the examples of the mainstreaming of these negative phenomena in the international practice.
