Abstract:
The article describes the classification of emergencies according to the nature of the occurrence. Under the emergency refers to a situation in the certain territory, developed as a result of an accident, hazardous natural phenomena, catastrophe, natural or other disaster which can entail or entailed human victims, the damage to human health or the environment, considerable material losses and violation of conditions of activity of people. Damage emergency-damage is expressed through the effects of natural and man-made disasters, which is the source of the emergency. In this regard, the classification issues arising emergency, including the nature of the occurrence, acquire special significance and relevance. The need to identify the conceptual apparatus in this area, due to the increasing number and risk of emergency situations.
