Abstract:
At present, the prosecution authorities and other state bodies of the country is the number of socially and politically important problems. Their solution is not possible without a constructive interaction with the Russian public. Bodies and institutions of Prosecutor's office interact with the public in various areas, including information. On this basis, the subject of the article by the Russian normative legal acts defining the procedure of interaction of the Prosecutor's office and the public about the information. The article presents the results of the performed analysis helped clarify the modern forms of interaction of the prosecution and of the public in the informational direction, and also to give the author's definition of the declared direction.
