Abstract:
The study on the basis of the synergetic approach allows to perform the self-organization process of new structures, which are based on a network consisting of interacting elements. The production development has formed a surplus of financial capital, and the presence of informational factors have created the basis for the birth of a specific speculative forms of capital. The capitalization of the national insurance companies flows very slowly, which limits the development of networks of insurance companies. The main reason for the slow course of reforms in the insurance industry consists in the combination in time of globalization of the world economy and processes of socio-economic transformation. Russian insurance companies have the resources of information and financial development, which can positively affect the entire economic situation in the country
