Abstract:
In the article from a historical perspective, consider the formation and development of the concept of household and then business law. This development is shown in the background of political and economic changes in the USSR and post-Soviet Russia. Suggested ways of improving the legislation on entrepreneurship based on the principle of comfort and the definition in the Federal legislation the main provisions relating to state regulation of the economy. It is concluded that the basic ideas of the theory of business law relevant in our days.
