Background - the Article is focus on the interaction of aviation, the aviation industry and government in the Russian Federation, as well as the analysis of the influence of this sphere on the Russian law-making. Materials and methods During this research work were used General scientific principles, analysis and synthesis, as well as deduction and induction. As the subject of research was chosen the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal laws, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts. Conclusion - the Article is focus on the constitutional-legal bases of interaction of the aviation industry and government in the Russian Federation, which are the legal Foundation of these subjects in the system of these relations. Based on the main objectives of this work analyzing the experience of Russian industrial companies during the interaction with the government, it is possible to allocate the «special» system of lobbying in the Russian Federation, which maintains the stability of a democratic state, based on the balance of interests of business and the state.
