ACTUAL ISSUES OF BIG DATA APPLICATION: LEGAL ASPECT

Nowadays information is a key point of changing the relationship formation. The system of processing the magnitude of data is the issue of current interest. Thereby, the importance of using the «Big data» technologies which is being already used by organizations in such areas as banking, insurance and marketing is increasing. Effective use of these technologies helps to reduce expenses and to inform clients properly. It also contributes to improvement in interaction between the business entities. However, the «Big data» technologies doesn’t often comply with the law, especially when we are speaking about the protection of personal data. Moreover, amendments to the Federal Law «On the Personal Data» should come with determination of the guarantees of abiding the Constitution in protecting rights and freedoms of citizens. Consequently, implementation of competition law plays a significant role for the owners of personal data.
