Abstract:
In the article legal problems of bankruptcy of physical persons in the modern civil legislation are considered. Analyzing the problem, the author comes to the conclusion that it requires the application of the institution of bankruptcy for individuals increases, but in practice this institution is not implemented so actively. The paper also compares the procedures for bankruptcy of individuals in Russia and abroad. According to the results of the study, the authors propose the introduction of changes to the current legislation, namely, the fixing of reference rules to regional legislation.
