Abstract:
The article analyzes the development of the legal control of self-regulation in the provision of valuation services. It is revealed that the mandatory requirements for self-regulatory organization, in terms of control over the quality of performance by its members of work and technical regulations when they are implemented, the current legislation is not provided. The author offers possible solutions to this problem.
