Abstract:
The article examines the position of science of constitutional law the problem of the content of the right to implementation of the international activities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Identified the powers of subjects of the Russian Federation in the sphere of international activities and identified their legislative limitations. The author reveals the main elements of this law in the context of the constitutional-legal status of subjects of the Russian Federation. The conclusions presented in the article allow not only to deepen the theoretical understanding of the investigated phenomenon, but also to improve the legislation.
