Abstract:
The article on the basis of the analysis of the theory of the rule of law and legal activities of national public authorities aimed at its implementation substantiates the doctrinal model of the ratio of the activities of public prosecutors with a court in a legal state mechanism of security right in Russia. It gives theoretical justification of necessity for the adjustment of the constitutional and criminal proceedings.
