Abstract:

Author of article examines relationship of such phenomena as justice, globalization and elite. His key thesis is consist that in conditions of contemporary globalization concentration of enormous wealth, fullness of public power in hands of very small number of superclass (super-elite) real and potentially fraught with mortal danger for Humanity.
