Abstract:
Task - analyze the effectiveness of the amnesty, to identify problems in the implementation of the socialization of released prisoners. Model - as used research methods should be noted general and specific research methods, including historical and legal, system-legal and other systemic analysis of the phenomena studied and the results, the method of specific case studies. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of criminology, criminal law, public statistics, analytical materials. Conclusions - projects acts of amnesty must be widely publicized, revolves around them educational work with the population and prisoners. Without this condition, it is difficult to maximize the effectiveness of social influence in the liberated, monitoring them properly and in a timely manner to form public opinion. Research/the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work - study focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness of amnesty in modern Russia / results can be used in the implementation of amnesties, the various social services and commissions. Practical significance - positions and conclusions of the study may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified, the effectiveness of socialization amnestied. Originality/value - prepared scientific article contains discussion questions and addressed to all who are interested in an amnesty in the shaping and implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation.
