Abstract:

This article discusses the various legal forms of creation and realization of innovation, investment in modern Russia. Analyses on foreign capital investments in objects of entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Russia. Highlights signs, which are essential in determining investment contracts. Conclusion about the necessity of further development of competition as an instrument for stimulating needs for technical and technological innovations.
