Abstract:

The article reflects the progress and priorities of legal support in the information environment of state and local authorities. The author focuses on the failings of the Russian legislation in the sphere of information. The main goal of the article is to study the relationship between government and citizens through the implementation of management functions and the principle of accessibility of public and municipal services. Work will highlight problems of management arrangement which with the development of information space require precise regulation and pick up recommendations for overcome them.
