Abstract:
Purpose of writing: to explore topical issues related to the legal status of police officers; field of study: organizational and legal basis of service members of the Interior; conclusions are formulated and substantiated proposals to improve the existing legislation on the order of the civil service in the internal affairs; the possibility of subsequent use of the results of work: the results can be used to further scientific studies on the issues of the research institute of the legal status of employees of the Interior ; practical use: the results can be used in the improvement of practice and implementation of the legal status of members of the Interior ; value: the work may be useful to members of the staff to work with the personnel of law-enforcement bodies , the head (head ) , as well as all other categories of police officers .
