Abstract:
The training of law enforcement officers play a significant role in the member States of the European Union and in the Russian Federation. It enhances the skills of personnel serving in law enforcement, to increase the prestige of employees and increase the confidence of citizens as law enforcement in General and policing in particular. However, the interior Ministry must continue to develop cooperation and exchange positive experience in the field of training for internal Affairs agencies with both law enforcement agencies of other States and with international law enforcement agencies, particularly Interpol and Europol.
