Abstract:

In this article the authors examine labor laws, the interaction of its subjects and the impact of corruption-factors. Articulated mechanisms of decision-making process, causes and conditions of the social and legal negative impacts. Analyzed rights safeguards and suggests ways to improve legislation in the sphere of combating corruption and crime prevention in social management. The work is intended for students, graduate students and other persons interested in the problems of social management in the field of labor relations and anti-corruption.
