Abstract:

Objectives - In the present paper attempts to review extremism as a complex social and legal phenomenon, based on political, ideological, ethnic and religious differences. Model and methods - Legal science considers extremism in all its forms as threatening, public safety, has a negative impact on their life and health, providing a negative psychological impact on the citizens. Findings and results - The article provides clear recommendations to help neutralize the causes and conditions conducive to the emergence of anti-state and political extremism. Originality and practical value - One of the main factors determining the development of political extremism, it is the problem of forming the sovereignty of the Russian authorities
