Improvement of legal regulation of mechanisms for concluding contracts in network "Internet"

Article dedicated reform of technology cannot always be found in the existing laws. Thus, there is a need to evolution of traditional legislation. Discusses the protection of the weak party in the negotiation. The author proposes to complement the Civil code of the Russian Federation of the provisions that establish features of the conclusion of civil law contracts in the network "Internet" in the development of stability of civil turnover and to ensure legal certainty.
