Abstract:
In this article author reviewed the possibility of using legal mechanisms, defined by the paragraphs of the Russian Civil Code and laws FL-139, FL-149, FL-187, FL-398, FL-436, in the purpose of unfair competition in the field of e-commerce. In the process of reasoning the author examines in detail the causes of the gaps in the Russian legislation and mechanisms for their use in unfair competition. The author also examines the possible options remedy the situation and to make predictions about the expected timing of their implementation.
