Abstract:
In modern conditions the fight against crime, especially its latent forms have to be made on a strictly scientific basis. The planning of law enforcement is quite complex processes that are implemented through various techniques, e.g. methods of theoretical and empirical modeling. The focus of this article is given the peculiarities of modeling in planning of the fight against organized crime. It is emphasized that any science applies and implements methods of modeling with its specificity. Therefore, the analysis of methodological bases of planning of the fight against organized crime is viewed through the science of criminal law and criminology plus ever-changing social activity and legal validity. Pointed out that the very important issue of consistency in the application of various modeling techniques to create theoretical models and empirical interpretation Described the features of the modeling process in the time of the formation of the objective of modeling, creation of original theoretical models, and the study of the generated model.
