Abstract:
In article on the basis of the results of the conducted research the author analyzed the modern understanding of organized crime. It is concluded that it represents a specific criminal phenomenon that requires a specific response. Explores the concepts of organized crime and justified the most optimal understanding of the organized crime. Results are presented of the study can be used in the practice of law enforcement. This article is intended for researchers and practitioners in the field of combating crime, as well as all those interested in this subject.
