Abstract:
The article analyzes the issues related to the qualification of the property as of the Armenian and Russian legislation. Qualification of movable and immovable property according to the legislation of different countries is different. The author conducts a study on the inheritance of the testator, when inheritance property is located in different countries. When regulating inheritance, you must first qualify the property, and then choose the applicable law, as conflict rules of different countries differently regulate movable and immovable property of the testator.
