THE PROBLEMS OF CRIMINAL - LEGAL REGULATION OF CRIMES CONNECTED WITH SUICIDE

This article is devoted to the investigation of the legal regulation of the criminal responsibility for the crimes connected with suicide. The view on the corpus delicti of these crimes is substantially changed which caused the adoption of the Federal law on the 7th of June 2007 № 120-FL. As a result, instead of one corpus delicti in Criminal Code we have four corpus delicties connected with suicide. Therefore, the historical aspect of legal reglamentation of this crime is rised up in the article. On the basis of the provided analysis the authors come to conclusion of the dignity and flaw of criminal - legal reforms. A number of measures are proposed to improve the reglamention of crimes connected with suicide.
