Abstract:
The article considers the debatable questions of definition of the place and a role of contract system of purchase of goods, works, services for the state and municipal needs in the system of Russian law. Authors come to a conclusion that the contract system of purchases of goods, works, services for the state and municipal needs represents the complex legal institute uniting norms of public and private law. The legislation of contract system in the sphere of purchases is volume and difficult in application. In this regard it is offered to develop and adopt the Code of contract system in the sphere of purchases.
