Abstract:

The article reveals the common characteristics and trends and regulatory experience of counter-terrorism is a complex multidimensional phenomenon, which causes difficulties in the development of a universally accepted definition. As part of the article discusses, various aspects of the counter, in connection with which this phenomenon has been studied from different points of view of scientific knowledge.
