Abstract:
Objectives - A rather important aspect of the activity of the internal affairs bodies is the prevention of extremism, the first element of which is operational-search crime prevention. The classical division of prevention into general and individual largely determines the peculiarity of the organization of this work by the structures of the ministry in identifying and eliminating (neutralizing, blocking, limiting the scope) the causes, conditions and other determinants of terrorism. Model and methods - The issues involved in work with confidence can be attributed to multidisciplinary, how they affect political structures, social phenomena, organizational and ideological resources, integrative processes and national security issues. Conclusions and results - At the present stage of the development of Russian society, it is precisely the fight against terrorist crimes, as well as illegal acts of extremism, that is one of the priorities of the activity of the Ministry of the Interior. This is evidenced by a number of orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, concepts to combat organized forms of crime.
