Abstract:
The main object - the research of a problem connected with the development of the uniform navigable system of internal waterways and the development of a new international legal regime of navigation on the international rivers of Europe. Legal method - the legal analysis of the Convention regarding the regime of navigation on the Danube 1948 and revised convention for Rhine navigation 1868. Conclusion - there are no principles of legal regulation of navigation on the international rivers which recorded in international legal documents. Originality/value - a formulation of the basic principles of legal regulation of navigation on the international rivers of Europe.
