Abstract:

The article is devoted to the regulation of remuneration of convicted Russian citizens, as well as persons who have the citizenship of another state or do not have citizenship. The issues of deductions from the wages of convicts are considered. The analysis of domestic legislation and international law in the regulation of wages of convicts.
