Abstract:
The article deals with the problems of execution of punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty in medical correctional institutions with regard to convicts suffering from tuberculosis. It is concluded that it is necessary to determine the range of tasks that should be addressed by medical correctional institutions in order to achieve the goals of criminal punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty.
