PECULIARITIES OF COMPULSORY ENFORCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

Background. The current practice of paying aliments for various categories of citizens over the years confirms the constant desire of payers to evade this type of obligation. The modern practice of demanding aliments is connected with the use of the so-called alimentary agreement. This article examines the legal basis for this type of agreement, examines the specifics of compulsory execution by the payer of the obligations imposed on him by such an agreement. Also, the paper gives arguments in favor of using the alimentary agreement in modern family legal relations. Methods. During the writing of this article, were used such general scientific methods of research as description, comparative legal analysis, generalization, analysis of legal documents. Conclusions. In this article the advantages of using alimentary agreements in legal practice are argued, as well as the specifics of the compulsory enforcement of obligations under these agreements. The importance. This article can be useful for practical law researches who are studying the questions of the compulsory enforcement of obligations, and also of legal protection of socially vulnerable groups of people.
