Abstract:
To solve the problems of public safety in an emergency situation, police officers, within the framework of existing legislation, use force. Organization of public order in emergency circumstances depends on a number of factors, the most important of which is the opposing side. Knowledge of the conditions, causes and characteristics of the mass disturbances, the characteristics of the persons involved in them, as well as the organizational structure and the basics of the tactics of offenders will help in the organization of activities in the performance of tasks by police officers to protect the law in emergency situations.
