Abstract:
The problem of terrorism over the past decade has turned into one of the most acute problems of Russian society. The increase in its scale entails not only an increase in the number of victims and direct material losses, but also threatens stability in the country, lowers the level of feeling its citizens have their own security. These direct and indirect consequences of this phenomenon require intensification of activities to prevent it, increase the effectiveness of existing ones and develop new forms and methods of combating it.
